great stay but minor improvements needed

The room exceeded expectations. it was spacious, spotless, and incredibly peaceful. A highlight was the large shower, perfect for a comfortable wash after a long day.

The hotel could benefit from better signage for amenities.

The beds in the room were incredibly comfortable, allowing for a great night's sleep in a quiet environment. Loved the USB charging plugs, making it easy to stay connected without needing adapters. However, the breakfast felt overpriced for a light meal, and despite friendly staff, they struggled with being short-staffed, leading to delays in service. The location is convenient, near the train station and within walking distance to attractions.

Although the hotel is near the train station, it was surprisingly quiet, allowing us to relax completely. Plus, we loved that the zoo was just a short walk away, providing a unique touch to our trip. The only downside was a limited food selection at the bar late at night.

We had a frustrating night where the management overshadowed what could have been a decent stay. The reception staff were friendly but clearly stressed, and our dining experience turned sour when we were informed the kitchen was closed after ordering drinks, leaving us without options.
